Jason Huang – Director, Property Manager

Jason Huang possesses a comprehensive education from Massey University, complemented by continuous professional development in real estate and property management. With a background as a Business Manager in the banking sector and in financial advisory services, Jason brings valuable leadership and organizational skills to the table. His hands-on experience as a residential and commercial leasing agent underscores his proficiency in property management. Jason’s diverse professional background and passion for exceptional service position him as a trusted expert in the property sector, particularly in residential property management. Robert McAllister – Director, Property Manager

Although Robert primarily focuses on commercial and industrial property management, his background includes extensive involvement in residential property management. Notably, he has owned and operated a residential property management business in Auckland and personally overseen rental properties on Auckland’s North Shore. This hands-on experience in residential management underscores his comprehensive understanding of this sector.

Furthermore, Robert has experience in managing various shopping centres, such as Sunnynook Shopping Centre on the North Shore, Meadowbank Shopping Centre (prior to its makeover), Highland Park Shopping Centre, Kelston Shopping Centre, and notably, as the Pre and Post opening Manager of the first iteration of 277 Broadway Shopping Centre in Newmarket. – 027 290 0066
